He has competed in European and World quadrathlons for more than 12 years .His highest achievement in the open category was 5th position at the World Long Distance Championships in Ibiza(1998)  He has also won two British Open Quadrathlon Titles in 02 and 03.

As a vet Keith has won two European and two World Titles.The last of these was in Sedlcany(Czech) in August 2008.To these he has added four British vet Titles-the last in 2008.

Best race

This was in the Czech  Republic in 2005 were he won  the World Middle Distance Quadrathlon Title (vet 40)

Best year

Keith’s best year  was in 2005.After waiting so long they all came at once-The British, European and World Titles (vet40).It was a dream year.

Other Sports

In 2002 Keith competed in the Hercules Challenge, a televised competition of 12 consecutive days of competition lasting 7 hours a day, encompassing such bizarre things as: hanging from Gymnastic hoops, running in a giant hamster wheel ( equivelant to running a marathon up hill), & 11 other equally gruelling events. For a number of years Keith competed in Adventure Racing, over 1 to 5 day durations, in such places as Morrocco, New York, Sweden ( winning several races in Britain and abroad.
